Add a discount code to your active subscription

1.    Log in to your customer portal.

2.    Head to the Subscriptions tab

3.    Click View your next order on the right-hand side, then input your updated name, email or number and hit Save changes.

4.    Click Edit on the order you'd like the discount applied to, then scroll down to Add discount.

5.    Input the discount code and select Apply discount code.

If the coupon doesn’t apply, please check that it’s valid on subscription items and you’re within the T&C’s.
