How to remove a product from your subscription

If you're looking to remove a product from your subscription whilst keeping the remaining active, please keep reading. 

Login to your customer portal to add products:

1.    In the View or update subscriptions tab, select Manage this subscription for the product you want to remove from your subscription.

2.    Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the subscription information page.

3. Select the cancellation reason, followed by confirm cancellation.

This product has now been removed from your subscription! Repeat this process for any products you want to remove / all of them if you want to cancel all of your subscriptions.
