The billing address doesn’t match the payment details. When the billing address provided during the checkout process doesn't match the address associated with your payment method, it can result in a declined transaction for security reasons. To resolve this issue, please review the billing address you have entered and ensure it corresponds exactly to the address associated with your payment method. If you need to update your billing address, you can do so in your account settings before retrying the payment. In some cases, you might want to use a different billing address for your online transactions than your shipping address. If this is the case, please contact your bank or payment provider to add the shipping address as an authorized alternate billing address. Once this is done, you can proceed with the payment, and it should go through successfully.
After you have updated your payment method, we will automatically retry the payment a day later.
We will only retry a payment a certain number of times, after which your subscription will be closed due to the max retried limit being reached.
